    piana is a Japanese female musician.__ In June 2003, she released her first album “snow bird” on a Japanese label, cubic music. In November “snow bird” was licensed to Happy label in New York for worldwide release. __ In June 2004, she embarked on a successful Asian tour covering Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao. __ In October 2005, she released her second album “ephemeral” on Happy label. __ In December 2005, she went on the 7 cities tour (including Stockholm, Sweden) as a launching tour for “ephemeral”. __ In March 2006, she visited Oslo, Norway to shoot the music video of “something is lost”, the first track of her 2nd album. __ In October 2006, she released a collaboration e.p. with Her Space Holiday and Joseph Nothing. __ In June 2007, she will release her 3rd album on noble label. __ In June 2007, she will perform at Sonar Festival 2007 in Barcelona.
